Company " Vistamar " starting as every young company in area of trade business in post-socialism period of hopes and ambitions in June 1991. Then his founder and owner capt. Stayko Staev establish company " Stamar 49 " with experience of captain and hopes for a new future on land with wish to find a place of one new specific activity, not well know at this moment in Bulgaria - fire, safety and rescue equipment. Starting in October as a ship chandler, company " Vistamar - Stayko Staev " promptly find his identify in one specific activities - sales and survey of fire fighting, safety and rescue equipment.Side by side " Vistamar " stay to be a ship chandler with consolidate position in foods, technical, safety, rescue and fire - fighting ship supplying.

The real start in  this relations is related in 1995 when " Vistamar " obtain his first authorization as approval service station for inspection of inflatable life raft and hydrostatic release unit from one of the leader in this branch DSB Continental - Germany. Following many authorization from other manufacturer are a result of ambitions and tenacity of owner of company and his exceptionally  dynamical team of specialist,  most of more of them still working in company.
